This Valentine's Day, I'll be in Southern California with my husband. Yes, we still live 3000 miles away from each other.
Although I'm not too big on Valentine's Day, I still like to do a little something on the holiday.
Baking with chocolate is a must on Valentine's Day, there is something about chocolate and love that goes so well together.
Enter, these Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies.
The walnuts are optional, but they add a nice crunch and balance out the sweetness in these cookies.
You can also make these cookies with white chocolate chips which are AMAZING, find the recipe here.
Personally, I prefer the white chocolate chip cookies more than the dark chocolate chips, but that's just me.
Hope you guys give these cookies a shot if you're in search for a delicious V-Day recipe.
