Tangy and refreshing Corn Chaat Kachumber Salad made of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and chickpeas in a cilantro tamarind dressing.
I absolutely love Papdi Chaat. It’s one of my favorite Indian Street Food items to order when dining at an Indian fast food here in the United States.
When I visit India however, that’s a different story. In India, I am unable to stomach any of the dairy or chutneys, so it becomes rather difficult to enjoy street food there. The only place I can handle and trust is Haldiram’s.
This recipe is like a chaat salad, which is essentially the best of both worlds.
Here are similar Kachumber Salad recipes that are just as delicious – Bean Corn Kachumber Salad and Mango Chickpea Kachumber Salad.
