How to make Instant Doodh Peda?

There are two ways of making Milk Peda. You can simmer whole milk for a long time until it condenses, or simply just use milk powder. My version is super quick and easy because I use milk powder.

Simply heat up very little ghee in a nonstick PFOA-free wok. Add milk, milk powder, powdered sugar, and cardamom for flavoring. Once the batter forms, make little balls and form pedas Garnish with pistachio on each peda. Simple!
