Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Wings (vegan, paleo, gluten-free)

My husband said I have too many pictures of him and me on my IG Feed, hence I'm posting a recipe before the Super Bowl. So here I am in Cabo working on my second job.

For your Game Day... here are Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Wings with a slight twist of Indian spices. These wings are vegan, paleo-approved ana gluten-free. In order to make them paleo, you'll need a sauce that's paleo-approved. I love Noble Made Medium Buffalo Sauce which is found at Whole Foods.

The wings are super easy to make and twice baked. Once done, serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing along with side carrots and celery! Enjoy!

    2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
    3. Prepare a batter with all the batter spices for cauliflower. Mix well.
    4. Dip a few florets at a time into the batter and coat well.

    5. Place the coated florets back onto the baking sheet. Place into the oven for another 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
    6. Once done, this is what you should have.

    7. Take a little more buffalo sauce... about 2 tbsp.
    12. Brush the top of the baked florets.
    13. Garnish with scallions. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing along with carrots and celery. Enjoy!

Could you make these without sauce? Would you cook them 40 minutes if so?

Yes, you can. It may be a little try so I would add a tablespoon of oil.

What could you use instead of almond flour? We have wheat and nut allergies
