Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Prepare a batter with all the batter spices for cauliflower. Mix well.
Dip a few florets at a time into the batter and coat well.
Bake & Prepare Wing Sauce
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and line the dipped florets onto the baking tray. Place into the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and this is what you should have.
In a pot, heat up wing sauce and butter on medium heat. Once the sauce is heated through (about 5 minutes), turn off the gas.
Place the baked florets into the pot and coat well with wing sauce.
Place the coated florets back onto the baking sheet. Place into the oven for another 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
Once done, this is what you should have.
Take a little more buffalo sauce... about 2 tbsp.
Brush the top of the baked florets.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing along with carrots and celery. Enjoy!
