Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

batter spices for cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

prepare buffalo sauce

  • 1 cup medium buffalo sauce I like Noble Made
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter I like KerryGold

garnish

  • 2 tbsp medium buffalo sauce, brushed
  • sprinkle of scallions, chopped

Instructions

Prep

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • Prepare a batter with all the batter spices for cauliflower. Mix well.
  • Dip a few florets at a time into the batter and coat well.

Bake & Prepare Wing Sauce

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and line the dipped florets onto the baking tray. Place into the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and this is what you should have.
  • In a pot, heat up wing sauce and butter on medium heat. Once the sauce is heated through (about 5 minutes), turn off the gas.
  • Place the baked florets into the pot and coat well with wing sauce.
  • Place the coated florets back onto the baking sheet. Place into the oven for another 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
  • Once done, this is what you should have.
  • Take a little more buffalo sauce... about 2 tbsp.
  • Brush the top of the baked florets.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing along with carrots and celery. Enjoy!
