15 minute Spicy Chipotle Guacamole that is creamy and delicious.
It’s Super bowl Sunday this weekend!
If you’re short on time, make this 15 minute creamy chipotle guac.
Just throw in all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse. That’s it!
What sets this guac apart from the rest are the chipotle peppers which add a nice kick to the guac. If you prefer traditional guacamole, try my Vegan Guacamole – it’s amazing.
Of course, use as little or as much as you like.
Serve with chips or use the guac in tacos. Wash down with some margaritas. Enjoy!

Spicy Chipotle Guacamole
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large avocados
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pepper + 1 tbsp canned chipotle peppers with sauce
- 1/4 large red onion
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 juice of a lime, freshly squeezed
- to taste salt
- for garnish pomegranate seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients on food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need a little water to get this going, but I didn’t need to add any.
- Done. Taste. Adjust flavors according to taste.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve with chips. I love paleo approved chips!
A healthy, quick, and mix-it-all-in-processor recipe… I dig it! Looks delicious too.
I discovered your blog today through your post about low-cal Gajar ka Halwa, while relishing some that I cooked on my own (I’m a novice). Since then I am enjoying the wide variety of recipes covered here. May I ask if the comments are disabled in your older posts? If yes, I’d like to compliment you that some of the variations you have introduced in the Indian dishes (like the low cal carrot halwa) are quite cool. Also, in reference to your post about NRI perspective on Delhi, I hope that every next visit is even better for you. Lastly, I do have one question – how come NRAs (Non-Resident AnyNations), be it non-resident Italians or Spaniards or even Americans, take great pride in their own countries of origin and blog about liking their roots, while most posts from most NRIs are on the judgemental side?
HI Shubha.. First – I’m glad you liked this recipe, it’s very quick.
I will have to go back to some of my old recipes and see if comments are disabled – I migrated to a new platform and it wasn’t as seamless as I had hoped.
Third – I apologize if I offended you in my NRI perspective post, but I think sadly a lot of NRIs feel that way. I am not from Italy or Spain, but when I have visited those countries there is general safety, respect for women, cleanliness that we are accustomed to here in the United States. Perhaps, I need to venture outside of Delhi on my next visit, but unfortunately, besides visiting family and enjoying the food, I haven’t had the best experiences in India. Hopefully this perception will change over the coming years.
This looks unbelievably good. What a great idea.. never thought about blending it.
Thanks! It’s much creamier when you blend.. flavors really come together. 🙂
Looks yummy and easy to make as well. Will make it this weekend for Super Bowl viewing!
Thanks so much Priya. I hope it turned out well.
