Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pepper + 1 tbsp canned chipotle peppers with sauce
  • 1/4 large red onion
  • 3/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 juice of a lime freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt
  • for garnish pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients on food processor.
    A food processor bowl brims with chopped lettuce, avocado, tomato, and a hint of spicy chipotle guacamole on a kitchen counter.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need a little water to get this going, but I didn’t need to add any.
    A hand uses a Cuisinart immersion blender to puree a green mixture into a spicy chipotle guacamole in a clear container on the kitchen countertop.
  • Done. Taste. Adjust flavors according to taste.
