VERDICT: 4.5 / 5
Overall, I loved the decor of this hotel… very chic and swanky, I loved that everything was white and shiny, so inviting.  I loved the sheer curtains in the lobby and rooms, so sexy.  The customer service here is impeccable, everything from opening the hotel doors as you are walking in to greeting you at the pool with towels ready to go to whatever else you may need.

The only 2 issues I had with this hotel are…
1. water leaked through the shower door leaving a huge puddle outside the door.
2. hotel location – since I was tagging along with friends, I wanted to stay in the same hotel as them, however if I had to choose, I would most definitely recommend picking a hotel on Collins Ave or Ocean Dr.  Each night we headed to Collins Ave. for food/lounge/club, and we ended up spending a lot on cab rides going back and forth (roughly $10 to $15 each way, every night).  If you are going to shell out the same amount of money on a hotel on the bay side, you are better off staying where all the action is.  LOCATION IS EVERYTHING!!!

Recommended to those who are just looking to hang by the pool and stay within the vicinity of the hotel.  Although I barely saw any kids at the pool, I believe this hotel could possibly appeal to families with small children since the hotel wasn’t crowded at all.  Lastly, they did not play crazy loud music since the hotel is in a residential area, I actually preferred the soothing music to the crazy loud music at the pool.

Pros:
Gorgeous Hotel & Lobby.
Very Nice Rooms.
Fully Furnished Rooms.
Kitchenette w/coffee, kettle & all.
Impeccable Customer Service.
Friendly Dining/Pool Staff.
Comfortable Beds.
Gorgeous Shower.
Gorgeous Cabanas.
View of Biscayne Bay.
Beautiful Sunset.
Happy Hour from 5 PM to 9 PM with drinks at a reasonable cost – $5 to $9 (rates goes by the hour).
Not Crowded, looks like most people stay on the main South Beach strip.
Generous Upgrades ~ Received Complimentary Wireless for a 4 night stay.

Cons:
Not centrally located ~ about a 15 to 20 minute walk to South Beach.
Priced a bit too high for a hotel that is facing the bay side, pay the same price for a hotel on Collins Ave.
No Oceanview Rooms since it is on the bay side.
Water leaked outside the shower door leaving a huge puddle.
Expensive Drinks ~ $20 (with included tip during non-Happy Hour)

  1. what a beautiful hotel. I think staying in Collins ave is the smart thing esp if you want to do the restaurant and clubbing there and thats where everything happens anyways.
