It’s been ages since I last posted a dessert recipe. Where have I been?
Long story! Maybe another day.
Now let’s talk about this Sweet Potato Bread.
My mom loves baked goods like this… healthy, moist and delicious whole wheat Sweet Potato Bread made with just 2 tbsp of coconut oil.
I compensated with Greek Yogurt and of course, sweet potato, for the lack of fat in this bread. I also toned down the sugar in this recipe since the sweet potatoes are already quite sweet.
I was really happy with the results because all my family members and friends loved this bread and trust me when I say they are a tough crowd to please.
Hope you guys like it as much as we all did.

I love seeing your creations!
Hi, for some reason I can’t find the recipe on this page, only the pictures. I was wondering if this is some sort of glitch
I’m sorry Auj. The recipe is missing. I will have to look it up and post it. So sorry. Please check out my Mom’s Vegan Banana Bread – it’s delicious and similar! xoxo
This looks so great!
Thanks Salma. My mom liked it so that’s a plus.
I tried this bread and the kids loved it as much as I did! Great recipe!!!
Thanks Gita. So happy to hear that. It definitely tastes better with brown sugar over maple syrup. 🙂
I love how thick and moist this gorgeous bread looks Nisha!! Definitely a treat in my house.
Thanks Jessica. Very moist bread. And I love how it’s just 2 tbsp of oil.
Love sweet potatoes! And this is the time of year when they really shine. This looks superb — SO full of flavor. Thanks!
Yeah!! Thanks! I can’t wait to use sweet potatoes in more dishes. 🙂
