Take 2 slices of white bread and spread both sides with a generous amount of butter and some red garlic chutney (based on your spice tolerance).
Spread the egg mixture on one side of the bread. Close sandwich.
Slice the crust off and cut it into threes.
Cucumber Cheese Watercress Sandwiches
Spread roughly 1 ounce of garlic & herb cheese spread on both slices of white bread. You can easily find Boursin brand at Whole Foods or your local grocery store. Alternatively, you may use veggie cream cheese.
Slice cucumbers and set aside watercress.
Top one slice of bread with 5 slices of cucumber and the other slice with a small handful of watercress. Sprinkle chat masala to taste over both slices. Close sandwich.
Slice the crust off and cut it into threes.
Apricot Jam, Cheese & Jalapeño Sandwiches
Spread a generous amount of butter over 2 slices of white bread.
Spread a little apricot jam on one side. Alternatively, you may use orange marmalade or any jam that's slightly tart. Top with chopped jalapeno, however, sliced would work better.
Top with sliced Trader Joe's Unexpected Cheddar Cheese followed by black pepper. If you can't find Unexpected Cheddar Cheese, use sharp cheddar or New York Cheddar. Close sandwich.
Slice the crust off and cut it into threes.
