- 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted see Note 1
- 1/2 cup of cottage cheese reduced-fat
- 1/4 cup red onions chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 1 green chili chopped
- 1/8 tsp chat masala
- 1/16 tsp pink salt
- black pepper to taste
- squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp bhel mix
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- sprinkle of red pepper flakes
Prepare Cottage Cheese Mixture. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and green chilies. Add chaat masala, kala namak, and black pepper. Mix well.
Toast Bread & Spread Mixture. Toast sourdough, then spread the cottage cheese mixture on top along with a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with bhel mix, pumpkin seeds, and crushed red pepper. Enjoy!
