- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose white flour
- 3/4 cup fresh cranberries

Batter. Take a pan on low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips. Once they melt, turn off the heat. Remove from the stove. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix well. The batter will be a bit grainy which is okay. Once batter has slightly cooled, add one egg at a time. Stir well in between.
Dry Ingredients. Add flour. Mix, but do NOT over mix. Add cranberries and walnuts. Mix until well combined.
Bake. Pour the batter into the baking tray. Bake for exactly 30 minutes. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
