FOR WHIPPED CREAM
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
FOR FRUIT CREAM
- add prepared whipped cream
- 1 1/2 cups banana sliced
- 1 1/4 cups mango chopped
- 1 cup grapes sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
- 1 cup whole milk
Prepare Whipped Cream - Add cold heavy cream to a large bowl along with vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer and whip the heavy cream. After a couple of minutes bubbles will start to form. Beat the heavy cream for another 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Add Fruits - Add sliced bananas - make sure they are not thinly sliced. Also, the banana should be perfect, not too ripe and not underripe. Add sliced grapes. Next, chopped mango. Again, ensure the mango is ripe and sweet, but shouldn't be soft and mushy. Lastly, add sliced strawberries and blueberries.
Fold - Gently fold the fruit into the heavy cream. For a runny consistency, slowly add milk to your desired consistency. I added 1 cup of whole milk. The texture should now be smooth, creamy, and slightly runny. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or longer for the best results. Enjoy this delicious dessert cold. Feel free to garnish with nuts such as sliced almonds or chopped pistachios, and fresh mint.
