Delicious and festive Chole Chaat Board is prepared with chole and topped with onions, tomatoes, chilies, chutneys, sev, cilantro, pomegranate, and chat masala.

chole chaat board (amounts are approximate)
- 2 cups cooked Punjabi Chole
- 1/4 cup red onions chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes chopped
- 3 green chilies finely chopped
- 1-2 tbsp cilantro chutney
- 1-2 tbsp tamarind chutney store-bought
- 1/4-1/3 cup thin sev
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp pomegrante seeds
- to taste chat masala
to serve
- 4 mini naans heat up on stove with butter
Prep
Chop red onions and tomatoes. Make the green chutney. I used store-bought tamarind. You'll also need pomegranate and sev.
Chop cilantro and green chilies.
Heat up the chole in a pot. I used about 2 cups of cooked chole.
Assemble
Add chole to a board.
Spread it out.
Top with red onions and tomatoes.
Top with green chilies.
Then Top with green and tamarind chutneys.
Top with sev.
Top with cilantro.
Finish off with pomegranate and chat masala.
Heat up some naan with a little butter. Cut into thirds and enjoy with chole chaat.
