Instructions

Egg Salad Sandwiches with butter & red garlic chutney

  • Boil 3 eggs and mash them.
  • Add sour cream, cilantro, salt, black pepper, and red chili powder. Mix well.
  • Take 2 slices of white bread and spread both sides with a generous amount of butter and some red garlic chutney (based on your spice tolerance).
  • Spread the egg mixture on one side of the bread. Close sandwich.
  • Slice the crust off and cut it into threes.

Cucumber Cheese Watercress Sandwiches

  • Spread roughly 1 ounce of garlic & herb cheese spread on both slices of white bread. You can easily find Boursin brand at Whole Foods or your local grocery store. Alternatively, you may use veggie cream cheese.
  • Slice cucumbers and set aside watercress.
  • Top one slice of bread with 5 slices of cucumber and the other slice with a small handful of watercress. Sprinkle chat masala to taste over both slices. Close sandwich.
  • Slice the crust off and cut it into threes.

Apricot Jam, Cheese & Jalapeño Sandwiches

  • Spread a generous amount of butter over 2 slices of white bread.
  • Spread a little apricot jam on one side. Alternatively, you may use orange marmalade or any jam that's slightly tart. Top with chopped jalapeno, however, sliced would work better.
  • Top with sliced Trader Joe's Unexpected Cheddar Cheese followed by black pepper. If you can't find Unexpected Cheddar Cheese, use sharp cheddar or New York Cheddar. Close sandwich.
  • Slice the crust off and cut it into threes.
