Starting withβ¦
10. Jalapeno Popper Cream Cheese Sandwich
Cheesy, delicious, scrumptious. A delectable combination of creamy and spicy!
9. Sweet & Spicy Mayan Hot Chocolate (reduced-fat)
Another combination of creamy and spicy, plus sweet, try this Mayan hot chocolate and you may never want the classic kind again.
8. The BEST Guacamole
Delicious, chunky, flavorsome guacamole. I watched and learned from the folks at Dos Caminos in New York City.
7. Healthier Spinach Linguine Alfredo
Alfredo sauce without a ton of butter and cream? How? Thicken the sauce with a little butter and white flour along with some 2% reduced-fat milk and cheese. You wonβt believe this dish is made with only 2 tablespoons of butter and NO cream.
6. Toasted Coconut Blueberry Muffins (reduced-fat)
Whole wheat muffins packed with nutrientsβ¦ blueberries and coconut. You wonβt feel guilty eating one or two of these babies, perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.
5. Cilantro Lime Avocado Rice
Inspired by Chipotle, this creamy dish is made with brown rice and flavored with avocado and lime. Heavenly!
4. Slutty Brownies
These brownies were certainly NOT a favorite of mine, nor was it my recipe, and I even mentioned that in my review, but I suppose this topped your list⦠gotta be honest.
3. Cast Iron Skillet Spinach Mushroom Frittata
Looking for a high protein brunch with barely any carbs? Look no further. Try this frittata packed with spinach, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, and eggs! Keeps you full for hours.
2. 1-Minute Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Mug
Donβt wanna spend too much time baking? Make this cookie in a mug, takes less than 5 minutes to assemble, and tastes scrumptious.
1. Spaghetti with Vegetarian Quinoa Meatballs
And the Oscar goes toβ¦β¦ Spaghetti with Vegetarian Quinoa Meatballs made with whole wheat spaghetti and Raoβs Marinara Sauce. You wonβt miss the red-meat with these veggie meatballs. Theyβre amazing and packed with nutrition and flavor. If you make nothing from the list above, MAKE THIS!

Oh I know what you're talking about, that was really delicious, yeah but I guess it didn't make the top 10, but I'm sure it would make the top 20. π
Thanks Amelia.

OMG... you'd love the quinoa pasta.. packed with protein and so delicious. I'm cheap too Ameena, I just stock up on Rao's when it comes on sale, even if it's like $5 - $6 a bottle, that's the cheapest it's gonna go. π
It was so nice to see you.. let's plan when Ali is out of town and bring Maya. It'll be nice and easier to meet for dinner so we can be out a few hours and not feel rushed.
