1. 18 Rabbits Cashew, Ancient Grains & Cacao Nib
Here’s a granola that’s organic, non-gmo, vegan, gluten-free and low in sugar… totally up my alley. I was highly impressed when I first tasted 18 Rabbits granola, SO GOOD, not too sweet, but just sweet enough. It’s perfect. I’ve enjoyed the 18 Rabbits granola with almond milk, over oatmeal, straight out of the bag, and over an acai bowl. It’s absolutely delicious, and I can’t wait to try out other flavors! Absolutely love!
2. Mary’s Gone Crackers Basil & Garlic
Another product that is organic, non-gmo, vegan, gluten-free, but also whole grain. I picked up these crackers from my local health food grocery store and I loved the flavor. The basil flavor is quite prominent and you can taste nutrition in every bite. For now, I’m loving them with hommus, but you can get really creative with these crackers.
3. Cedar’s Organic Original Hommus
When I spotted Cedar’s Organic Hommus on sale at Whole Foods – 2 for $5, hello, I didn’t overthink it. In addition to this hommus being creamy and light, it tasted fresh which is rare to find in packaged foods. So far I love the original and the roasted garlic flavors. Make sure you get the organic hommus version of Cedar’s which is also non-gmo.
4. 365 Everyday Value Roasted Chipotle Salsa
A delicious salsa with a bold chipotle flavor and a slight kick. I particularly like this salsa because it isn’t terribly high in sodium like most other salsas. I love topping my eggs with salsa and of course, eating it with some tortilla chips. Get it at Whole Foods.
5. Fairlife Chocolate 2% Reduced-Fat Milk
I’m one of those people who doesn’t like milk, I just can’t drink it straight up, I think it’s so gross. Enter Chocolate Milk! If I do have a craving for real chocolate milk, I’ll get Fairlife and here’s why – it tastes amazing, has 50% less sugar, 13g of protein per serving, more calcium, and contains no lactose. I’ll sometimes add it to a protein shake instead of using almond milk, other times I’ll combine chocolate milk and almond milk so that I’m drinking a healthier version of chocolate milk. If you haven’t tried Fairlife, you should, even their non-chocolate milk is really good, this is coming from someone who doesn’t like plain ol’ milk. I get mine at Target.
What gourmet/grocery product are you loving lately?
i love that fairlife milk as well. i have go to try that hummus and crackers together!
I love their milk too… I just had some fat-free milk in my oatmeal. 🙂
The hummus is really good, usually on sale at Whole Foods. 🙂
I’m not consuming too much dairy lately but that milk sounds awesome, even more so that it’s lactose-free! Lately I’ve been hooked on David’s Roasted Almond Tea- tastes so dessert-y!
Fairlife milk is pretty good, surprisingly is lactose-free but doesn’t taste like it. I love almond flavored teas, love the nutty flavor. I’ll check it out. Thanks!
Loved milk when I was a kid, but never drink it these days. Although who can resist chocolate milk? 🙂
I hated milk as a kid, I just can’t drink it plain.. I usually need it with oatmeal or cereal. Their chocolate milk is pretty amazing.. you must try it. Would be great in one of your cocktails I bet. 🙂
I’m always on a hunt for healthier food items and snacks for my daughter. I can’t wait to purchase these items. JC
Haha.. I hope you do. They are tasty.
