Blogging Break!

Hi Guys,

Quite a few reached out to me asking me if things were okay since I haven’t blogged in a few weeks – thank you for doing that! At this time I need to step aside and take a blogging break due to personal reasons. I simply don’t have the motivation and energy to cook, photograph, and write. I will return to blogging in a few weeks/months, but in the meantime, I will focus on myself and try to gain some perspective on life.

Thank you all for your nice emails and sweet comments, they truly inspire me and make me smile!

Heaven in a bowl. I can’t tell you how easy it i Heaven in a bowl. I can’t tell you how easy it is to make TOFU THAI RED CURRY - even if you can’t find kaffir lime leaves. There is no ginger and garlic in this recipe, and there is no need to sauté the veggies. Simply add raw veggies to a simmering coconut gravy and cook the veggies for a few minutes. Flavor the sauce and garnish. Tofu Thai Red Curry is a classic and is the perfect combo of sweet, spicy, and salty flavors.
