When HelloFresh reached out to me to try out their meals for a week, naturally I complied.
HelloFresh is a leading meal-kit delivery service that provides its customers with delicious, easy-to-make meals each week.
Essentially, the meal planning and grocery shopping is done for you. Based on the upcoming meals provided on their website, you decide on 3 meals you would like for the week and the ingredients arrive fresh in a box.
All you have to do now is chop and cook based on a step-by-step recipe card provided by HelloFresh. Simple!
Personally, I loved the variety of meal options, they cater to everyone… non-vegetarians, vegetarians, pescetarians, gluten-free eaters, families, and more.
Here’s the Argentinian-Style Cod with Almond Herb Chimichurri and a side of sauteed zucchini and tomatoes. This dish was delicious and packed with flavor. At least now I know how to make fresh chimichurri. 🙂
Besides the Argentinian-Style Cod with Almond Herb Chimichurri, here are the 2 other meals I prepared with HelloFresh. I absolutely loved the Barley Bowl with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Pepitas (top) – definitely my favorite meal of the three. Below is the Skewer-less Chicken Kebabs with roasted veggies.

Cons
This particular meal was labeled Easy, however I think this meal would qualify as Easy-Medium level of difficulty.
