Friday’s Favorite Things - 1.24.14

1. Reversible Polka Dot Jacquard Sweater @ Express
Over the weekend my friends, Jhiane and Marian, and I hit the mall after a very long time.  We also ate at Cheesecake Factory after a very long time, it was a lot of fun to just talk and chill with friends!  At Express I spotted this adorable polka dot sweater 40% off, and I picked one up in light gray.  This cute sweater comes in orange and baby blue as well.  And the best part is, it’s reversible  ~ $36 @ Expressexpress1

2. Giada’s Feel Good Food: My Healthy Recipes and Secrets
My bestie gave me one my favorite chef - Giada’s latest cookbook as a Christmas present and I’m so in love with it.  After going thru Giada’s book, I feel like we share the same philosophy on healthy eating and a balanced lifestyle.  Seriously, as I read sections of her book, I kept saying to myself, I do that, and that, and that!  Although I haven’t tried any recipes just yet, the recipes in this book appear to be healthy and nutritious, it really is “feel good food.”  Giada added a personalized touch to this book as she discusses her skincare routine, hair care routine, etc.  Really great gift, thanks so much Jhiane!  ~ $17 @ Amazon51vjXm4TVAL._SX258_PJlook-inside-v2,TopRight,1,0_SH20_BO1,204,203,200_81-6Cfg38oL

3. Tableside Greek Yogurt Guacamole
I’m obsessed with Greek Yogurt Guac!  Tasty, creamy, and healthy too!  This is the perfect snack when you need a little something to hold you over.  I love the packaging, just a little bit in each container so the guac doesn't sit around and turn brown.  Additionally, I love adding Siracha Sauce to my guac and then swirl it all around, adds so much spice and flavor.  I got my Tableside Guac at Costco, but I’m sure they sell this brand at most grocery stores.  ~ $6 @ Costco or GoodFoods Groupphoto

TELL ME: Where have you been shopping lately for clothes?  Have you tried Tableside Greek Yogurt Guac?

  7. Love the reversible sweater. A very handy piece of clothing to have it you spill something on yourself. This happens a lot to me having a 6 year old!
