1. Almond Butter Creamy w/Sea Salt @ Trader Joe’s
Thanks to Alexis who writes for Hummusapien, I have been enlightened about Trader Joe’s Almond Butter. Prior to TJ’s Almond Butter, I had only tried Barney Butter’s Almond Butter and I was really disappointed. Trader Joe’s version is awesome, it’s super creamy, spreadable, and made with sea salt. With 8 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber per serving, my new favorite almond butter is absolutely delicious, but nothing beats homemade almond butter. ~ $6 @ Trader Joe’s
2. Allegra Pointed Toe Flat @ Banana Republic (purchased in black)
Banana Republic (BR) has been advertising 30% off for the last month. There is always a sale! One evening after work I stopped by BR and fell in love with these pointed flats, they are so perfect for work, so comfortable with cushion and all, and I especially loved the ankle strap detail. I walked in these for over an hour and my feet didn’t hurt at all. Luckily for you all BR has a 35% sale going on, ends tonight (4/27). ~
$110 $99 (currently) + 35% OFF @ Banana Republic
3. Banana Marshmallow Cake-cup @ The Bee’s Knees Baking Company
A new bakery that opened up in my most favorite Manhattan neighborhood, the West Village. The Bee’s Knees Baking Company brings you not a cupcake, but rather a cake-cup, essentially you can enjoy the experience of a cupcake in a cup. Their bestseller is the Red Velvet, but I’m a banana lover, hence the Banana Marshmallow which is layered with banana cake, marshmallow, and peanut butter mousse. SO GOOD! I’m assuming based on the images alone you can tell how delicious, creamy, and out of this world my cake-cup was. I can’t wait to try the remaining flavors. ~ $4 @ The Bee’s Knees Baking Company, New York City (West Village)
