A couple months my husband, friends, and I headed down to Atlantic City on a weekend getaway where we stayed at AC’s newest resort, Revel. Located on the boardwalk, Revel has it all – beautiful rooms to excellent dining options to gambling to clubbing to spa services. There is something for everyone. So the next time you decide to skip Las Vegas (although I can’t possibly imagine why), consider Atlantic City’s Revel for a fun night out, especially you East Coasters looking for a weekend getaway.

VERDICT: 4 / 5
Good Stay. Atlantic City’s latest Revel Resort is at par with the luxury hotels in Las Vegas, however Atlantic City hotels are more expensive than Vegas which I don’t get. Although Revel is a 5 star hotel with all ocean view rooms that are modern and luxurious, the customer service at Revel lacks professionalism. Additionally, the walls are pretty thin, however if you are “drunk” enough, this most likely will not be an issue. Aside from Borgata, no other resort compares to the luxury rooms of Revel in Atlantic City. With that said, Revel has some pretty awesome restaurants to consider trying. Would I stay here again? Sure, until something better comes along, probably a toss up between Borgata and Revel.
Pros: Brand New Resort. On the Boardwalk. Lots of Restaurants to choose from. Club & Casino in Hotel. Attracts working Professionals and an Elderly Crowd. Modern & Luxury Rooms/Bathrooms. Awesome Shower. Comfortable Beds. Ocean view from every room.
Cons: Customer Service lacks Professionalism. Walls to thin.
