1. iPhone 4S @ Apple
I may be one of the few people on earth who doesn’t really care for Apple technology since my daily job entails using PC computers and the PC shortcuts are second nature to me. Getting used to new technology isn’t fun for me when I’m already dealing with enough technology at work, and quite frankly I never cared for MAC computers, the iPad, or the iPhone. SHOCKING, init? Plus, after a certain age we get set in our ways. My husband has been hounding me for the past year to get the iPhone since he believes it will be better for me as I’m a blogger and love & need to stay connected, but I refused. So he took it upon himself and recently surprised me with the iPhone 4S, let’s just say I wasn’t exactly thrilled since the iPhone is a bit confusing to navigate and I was so sad giving up my easy-peasy phone. Well, it turns out the next day my commute was fun for a change – I played Games, made a shopping list in Notes, and browsed Safari on my way to work. He better hope I don’t get addicted to my new favorite gadget. Thanks VS – I’m still learning! ~ $200 @ Apple
2. Raspberry Truffle Cake Pop @ Starbucks
On my way home I was craving dessert, but the only coffee shop in the vicinity was Starbucks, not surprising in NYC! Since Starbucks doesn’t carry cupcakes, the only dessert I found appealing were the cake pops. When I finally got home and sat down to have my cup of tea, I couldn’t believe how amazing the Raspberry Truffle Cake Pop tasted. It was scrumptious with a bold flavor of raspberry and chocolate. A bit pricy for a cake pop, but hey it’s Starbucks, they can do whatever they want and they’ll still have a long queue of customers. ~ $1.50 @ Starbucks
3. Colored Denim @ Zara (purchased in light pink)
