I finally broke open my bottle of Trader Joe’s Spanish Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and it was so delicious. So far, I’ve used this garlic infused oil for making stir-fry and pasta, I’ve also eaten it with plain ol’ whole wheat bread. Delicious and so darn reasonable! ~ $4 @ Trader Joe’s
My mom recently found these dessert utensils in her “things-she-saves-FOREVER” box. She actually purchased the set over 25 years ago from Nigeria where we lived at the time. She gave me the entire set since she knows how much I love baking and I’d actually appreciate the sentiment. Look how little the forks are – I’d love to use this set when I host an Afternoon Tea, someday. Can you believe the quality and shininess on these utensils 25 years later? I can, because they are made in Germany! I’m sure my siblings are so jealous… annnnnnd just about now they are prolly rolling their eyes at me… LOL, jk! Anything my mom gives me ~ priceless
3. Buggy Ride in Central Park
On a beautiful early evening this past week, my husband and I strolled around Central Park, and I finally saw that “famous bridge” which shows up in all the pictures, better late than never. For someone who claims to love New York, this was the FIRST time, ever, I strolled through Centra Park. Once we exited the park, my husband surprised me with a buggy ride through Central Park just outside The Plaza… momental. We cozied up in a blanket since it was a bit chilly. It was the perfect end to a wonderful evening! Nothing makes me happier than a cool Spring day in New York City with romance in the air, and my husband and I sharing these life’s moments. Thank Youuuu, VS! ~ priceless
