- Banana – 1 medium (sliced & frozen)
- Chobani Low-Fat Mango – 1 6 ounce container
- Flaxseeds – 2 tsp (or you can use 1 tbsp ground flaxseed)
- Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
- Water – very little if needed during the blending process, I didn’t require any.
